When you use The Tennis Calendar, we may collect basic account information such as your email address and profile name from Google sign-in. We may also store legacy access records for collection years previously unlocked for your account.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number or payment credentials. Stripe may provide us with payment status, checkout session IDs, email address, tip amount, legacy purchased SKU, and related transaction metadata.

Tips are voluntary support payments and do not unlock extra content. Legacy purchase metadata is kept only so existing customers can retain previously granted access.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• sign you in and identify your account;
• restore legacy collection access across devices;
• process optional tips and payment confirmations;
• operate, secure, and improve the website;
• respond to support questions.

4. Analytics

We may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand site usage and improve the product. Analytics data is used in aggregate and does not include your full payment details.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to run the product, such as Google sign-in, Stripe payment processing, hosting, database, storage, and analytics providers.

6. Data Retention

We keep account, tip, and legacy access records for as long as needed to provide the service, restore access, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

7. Your Choices

You can choose not to sign in or leave a tip. Some legacy access and account features may not work without sign-in. You may contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of account information where applicable.
